Is there really a best fast way to lose weight naturally?

Well,  if I told you there was a "magic bullet" to losing weight fast,  then I would be lying to you now wouldn't I? There are so many different programs "floating" around the Internet,  claiming to be the "next best thing".  Well,  I'm not sure about you,  but it's hard for me to even believe many of the so-called "claims" out there. 

Personally,  I like to take recommendations from good "friends" when I decide to buy something.  However,  sometimes that is not always the BEST advice either.  Like for instance,  I asked one of my very "close" friends what she would recommend to help me lose weight.  And her answer was..  join the gym! 

And while I do agree that getting exercise is great,  a thought came to my mind.  Why are one HALF or MORE of the people who work out at the gym always overweight?  Now I'm not saying this to be mean,  of course it is not their fault, for the most part.  They just don't know where to turn or where to go,  and this comes with following a really good and informative program. 

But where are you supposed to go?  Where to look?

Better yet, who one Earth wants to do the "same old" diets that we've been preached to about for years?  The Adkins diet?  Heck no!  I've tried this one many times,  just to find myself starving to death all the time,  and actually really becoming less, and less healthy.  And what about the ever so popular "Beverly Hills" Grapefruit Diet?  Do I even have to say anything more?  LOL.

What I wanted was to follow an actual "plan" that really worked!  Is that too much to ask for?  So I ended up searching everywhere possible that I could,  and I started with Google.  When in doubt,  you can always count on "good old" Google right? 

For the most part yes,  but not necessarily always.  Many listings will come up with the words "scam",  and a LOT of these so-called "scam" reviews will actually be a "pitch" for a product.  So how can you incorporate the word SCAM into a review if you actually like the product?  Well,  that I'll never understand. 

But I'm speaking from the "heart" when I tell you I actually liked many features of the Every Other Day Diet

Here are some FACTS that I learned from the EODD

  • Drink LOTS and LOTS of water on a daily basis ( has a lot to do with your Liver ) 
  • Never eat the same things or same amount of calories every single day
  • With the right PLAN you can eat your favorite foods EVERY week! ( my personal favorite)
  • This works even if you have a thyroid condition, bad genetics, or are an "emotional eater"
  • It even bypasses the AGE barrier!  No more worrying about getting up there in age!

So I'm sure you're wondering now,  what exactly is the best fast way to lose weight

Or better yet,  will the Every Other Day Diet work for me?  Well,  honestly no one can say anything for sure.  That depends upon YOU and if you're actually willing to follow the plan.  And the plan is based on actual "science",  so how could it NOT work?  Everyone is different.  This program definitely worked for me.  Before you decide on anything do your own "due diligence".
